WOW! Thursday already!?
SO much has happened in the last week or so. It’s almost as if my reality has flipped upside-down in some respects. The way things are is no longer how they were.
Nothing devastating occurred and certainly nothing to worry about; just shifts in the universe. That’s life right? My parents taught me that you can always change the direction of a moving car. But it’s much harder to affect change when you don’t have the ball, or I guess tires in this example, rolling. So let’s keep things rollin’!
Here’s how I did last week.
Monday 2/14 – 3.21 miles
Tuesday & Wednesday – 0 (stomach flu)
Thursday 2/17 – 3.29 & 4.25 (two separate runs)
Friday – 3.47
Saturday – 10.25*
Sunday – 10.07*
*These runs were AMAZING (and completed in Sacramento). I felt as if I could have run all day long, just exploring the trails and streets.
