I am a runner.

I strive to achieve balance consistently as I navigate through this life.

I believe in love, laughter and learning.

I work in the healthcare industry and play in the food industry.

I like wine, cheese and tomatoes.

I fell in love with Paris in 1996 and Guatemala in 2008.  I can’t wait to meet Spain, Italy and Chile.

I have the best family in the world.

I get to spend every day with my best friend; you will know him as The Chef.

I look forward to someday having a garden, a puppy and children, not necessarily in that order.
